I am listening to podcast # 236. In it, Brooke says she “coaches (herself) every day. “What exactly does she mean? Is she doing a model on something every day? Is it a thought download plus models every day? As I try to determine the best daily practice for myself, I am working on finding the right balance of reading, writing, thought downloads, models, imagining results, etc… I know every person is different and no 2 practices will look the same, but I would like to understand what she means when says she coaches herself every day.
