Podcast #329 – I changed jobs without processing my emotions.

Listening to podcast 329 I realize I left my previous position without processing through my emotions. Changing jobs was absolutely the right decision to make. I love my new job and I love my new boss. I have thoughts that I abandoned my old boss when I left for the new job (we had worked together for 22 years). Now when I talk to my new boss, I am constantly fighting back tears.

T – I abandoned my boss
F – Guilt
A – Ignore those feelings, suppress those feelings, work hard without feeling, notice increasing anxiety
R – Strong emotions break through when I talk with new boss.
