Positive actions


Hi! This week has been hard for me to think of positive actions I want to create in my life. It is easy for me to think of all the “negative” actions (judging self/others, passive agressive, complaining, whining, ruminating, buffering you get the idea). When I try to think of positive ones I hit a wall. I have come up with being kind to self and others, using supportive and positive words, accepting others decisions/actions, smile, be playful. I don’t gave any business actions I want to create- it is more me showing up in my life as a happy, positive, energetic, joyful person (I know all the feelings I want to feel.) Help brainstorming actions would be great.
