I am currently working on the Believing New Things Workbook. I’m struggling on how to do a positive thought download. In the past I have just been writing all my thoughts down. I haven’t really looked at them to examine whether they are negative or positive, but now that I’m asked to write positive thoughts about my future I’m stuck.
The sentence I want to believe is – I am 140 pounds, fit and healthy. Can you help me with developing positive thoughts about my new belief. Ive found a few but its over 30 days.
