Hi, I have been trying to decide on my possibility thought.
I have had insomnia for 3 years and know the key for me is to stop reacting to my sleep anxiety, (which I have been making lots of progress with since I have started feeling my feelings) and ultimately not ‘caring’ about sleep.
Not caring about sleep is something I would like to be a new thought for me but I am struggling with which one to go for….
I like ‘it’s possible I won’t care about sleep,’ or do I say ‘it’s possible I won’t care about sleep in the future.’
Or is the following better wording… ‘it’s possible that I don’t have to care so much about sleep.’
These sentences are the ones that I would ultimately like to believe but wasn’t sure if I should have a more believable thought to start such as ‘not sleeping is workable’ but then how do you know when to change?
