Possible impossible goal


Hi Brooke, I’m working on deciding my impossoble goal for 2019. I’m 5’5.5” currently weigh 230 lbs, and my goal weight is 135. I believe that weighing 135 IS possible, especially in a year’s time. Just doing the math, its about 1.7 lbs a week from now till the end of 2019.

So, should I focus on a more “impossible” impossible goal? Other items on my brainstorm list include increasing my income and improving or moving to my dream home. Would that be splitting my focus from weightloss?
