HI THERE,
As Brooke has laid out in the power of emotion course—— I first allowed my feelings of anxiety, helplessness and hopelessness without being in a hurry to change the negative thought associated to it. I just continued to hold the emotions in peace and just allowed them. AND while I was doing that I tried to also create usable emotions of happiness, pride, confidence and excitement that I picked to feel during the day without success because I was already feeling very negative feelings as mentioned above.
I just wanted to know how to balance carrying the purse of anxiety, hopelessness and helplessness but also create and feel usable emotions such as happiness, pride, excitement and confidence.
Please explain in detail and in steps.
