Power of Emotion Worksheet


Hello! I missed the 1st part of the “How to Feel” call today where I think the theory behind the questions in the “Power of Emotion” worksheet was addressed. Can you please explain this?

It seems like there is almost a disconnect between the 2nd question (the why behind the dominant feeling) and question # 3, what do you want to accomplish today? For me, I felt stuck in the thought of the dominant feeling yesterday but then had to jump to question #3 which was unrelated to the thought/feeling I had yesterday. Can you please explain what I am missing?
