Power of Emotions Continued, multiple things to accomplish?


Lots of emotions this morning… let myself cry which did not feel good, but was what I needed. Still a bit upset but know it’s time to take action. Accepting that sadness is okay.

Working through a Power of Emotion worksheet ..
1. Dominant feeling yesterday: Blissful
2. Why: I was with my man. I love being with him. Being with him feels so good. I can’t get enough of him.
3. 1 thing I want to accomplish today: Why can’t I have more than 1 here? There are a few things I’d like to accomplish. In choosing one, I wrote an easy to accomplish goal of finishing a task for my second job.
4. Emotion to fuel this action: Motivated
5. How can I generate this emotion for me today? Do my work and know that I am in control of my success.
