I’ve been a member for almost 7 months. I practice the model every day, and I’m really excited about this work! I’ve gotten better at noticing my thoughts “in real time” through my day. But my intentional models still feel very theoretical. I’m doing them as part of an exercise, but I don’t really believe them enough.
I think I’m not holding space enough for my thoughts, I notice them and immediately want to change them. Or perhaps the new thoughts I pick are not strong enough, or I don’t believe them enough. I guess I need more practice and that’s fine.
But I’m someone who likes routines and having practical exercises to do. Can you recommend something that would help me go a step further?
