Practice one new thought or multiple?

Is it more effective to have multiple new thoughts to practice to address an issue, or is it generally better to just concentrate on one thought until you get it down?

I have multiple new thoughts that I’ve given myself to help address my social anxiety, like:

-“This sensation will pass soon.”

-“I am supposed to feel this way.”

-“I am willing to consider the possibility that I am the one in complete control, not my anxiety.”

Should I only choose one…?
