Practicing believing in my journal


Hi Brooke,

I’m practicing believing my new thoughts by writing about them every day in a journal.

Would you suggest writing them from the point of view of my future self, who has already accomplished my goal, or from the point of view of my current self, who is practicing believing the new thought and that I’ll accomplish the goal? I want whichever one will be more impactful and don’t know which it is.
