Practicing new intentional beliefs


Hello, I am currently exploring this question:

“What does it look like to be someone who is creative, flourishing, released?”

I’ve crafted these statements in response:

– She allows herself to play with the possibility that her survival is no longer threatened
– She experiments with sometimes letting go of the need to control everything
– She nurtures confidence in her own extreme competence
– She is learning that she can trust the goodness and rightness of work that flows easily and naturally

Now I want to practice believing each one of these statements and acting in ways that form and reinforce some new brain paths. Do you recommend doing that by putting each statement into a Result and work up the model?
