Is there a suggested approach to practicing thoughts? I heard one of the model coaches say that they keep a list of 100 or so thoughts on their phone that they read every day. That seemed like a good idea and I’m just adding to my list based on my thoughts in the intentional models. I plan to look at the list everyday after I do my thought download and my two models. Just wondering if you have any other thoughts (pun intended) to add on this approach.
