Practicing thoughts management


Since the beginning of the month (I am new to scholar), I have many different thoughts I want to practice, on different areas of my life.

When I do an intentional model, I have a new thought that I want to practice and I stick with it for a day, until I do another model and have another intentional thought that takes my focus, and that is everyday, many times a day.

I have so many intentional thoughts that I feel like it is a mess in my mind, not knowing how to prioritize, what to prioritize, how many thoughts to choose at the same time, or stick with just one for a long time, and then go to another, or have multiple, make a long thought that includes many short ones ?

Do you have an advice on that ?
