Practising new thoughts – my past

Hi coaches

I’m working on how I want to feel about my past, particularly anger toward myself for things I did.

I have started practising a bridge thought and write it in the morning and evening and try and redirect my brain to the new thought when I think my current thoughts.

What else can I be doing to help the way I think about things? I am prepared to do the work for as long as it takes but I am also wondering how long it *does* take until my new thought becomes more natural?
