Pregnancy Eating


I’m pregnant and noticing that my brain offers a lot of thoughts around eating. I notice I want sweets often and I don’t usually like to include them daily. But my brain is saying, but the baby wants it. Or I want it. It’s just a little chocolate, or whatever. And I’m just going for it. I didn’t think it was a problem at first, but now I do. I’m also seeing that with the sweets and with eating in general, I am not stopping when satisfied or prior to becoming uncomfortably full. And there seems to be no room to negotiate with my brain. I need some places to start or a way to work through this. Thanks!
