pregnant eatin


Hi Brooke!

I recently found out that I’m pregnant for the first time. I am excited but also a curious as to how I’m going to stick with the protocol I’ve put in place for myself (I was unable to maintain the moment morning sickness started a couple weeks ago). IF seems out of the question/not sure how healthy it is for the baby? I feel so nauseous and exhausted almost all day long and – seemingly – at the mercy of what my body wants, not what my protocol entails. I’m not craving sugar at all – in fact it sounds terrible to me… but it’s the flour. Bread and crackers seem to be most of what settles my stomach, but then I’m just hungry 20 minutes later.
