I have been using weight loss as my goal since March. I still have 30+ lbs to go. Should I be using that again for September? What would I be trying to create? A month of great weight loss? A month of no joy eats? Seems to “light” – not much to calendar there.
I have some other things I have to work on this month, got my new job, need to schedule out how I’m going to work our new team etc. I have to do that no matter what, should I use that?
Or I have my novel, I could try to double down and finish it in September. That seems like fun but it also seems like that would be no constraining.
Thoughts?
