Dear Coaches,
I felt like I was starting to understand all the tricks my primitive brain plays to get me to eat more food or eat off-protocol. But now she’s “helping” me by trying to convince me to eat less than what’s on my protocol. I’ve had some good success over the last 3 weeks and now my brain is obsessed with the number on the scale and thinks restricting food further would be a great idea. Actually, it’s more like she’s wants me to eat more, eat less, change the protocol, do anything but actually follow the protocol as I had planned. Am I objecting to having a plan to follow and not being able to do whatever I want? Or is this an attempt to help me reach my goal faster?
