Prioritizing work on overdrinking?


Hi Brooke,
I am so excited but overwhelmed by all my SCS materials. Just got June mailing, wahoo! My big project is overdrinking and that’s what I’ve been working on, but I get excited/ distracted by the Relationship and now Self Confidence units. Is it ok to just work on one thing at a time? I’d like to give myself permission to figure out overdrinking and then go back to all the “yummy stuff” in the monthly packets when I’m solid with overdrinking? I get confused because I recognize that, My relationship with myself and husband, and the Self Confidence work is rolled in with Overdrinking but I think I need to just practice the basics with Urges, etc first. Thoughts?
