I have lost 12 pounds in the last month since joining this program. I listened to the podcast for a year without taking action and believing I could change through just knowing the principles. Now I’m taking action and I’m acutely aware when I’m eating off of my plan and buffering my feeling. I use the light kettle corn popcorn to do it and it feels like I have no control over it. I think I can eat it since I’ve been losing weight and it is “light” afterall. Problem is when it becomes a slippery slope and I eat other extras. I want to stop eating the evening popcorn, but feel stuck as that is my last “guilty pleasure” and “reward” for a long challenging day. How can I shake this popcorn craving?!?!
