Processing Urges On The Go


I started the work of allowing urges and becoming The Watcher in order to stick to my food protocol and lose weight.
Some of my strongest urges, though, come when I am out in the street.
Mostly they are urges to walk into favorite bakeries and purchase several pastries that I could eat later at home.

The way I’ve been practicing allowing urges so far was each time I have an urge (at home), I would sit at my desk or in meditation pose, do deep breathing with my eyes closed and actually describe to myself the sensations and scanning my body for a good 15-30 minutes until the urge subsides.

How can I do that when I am outside and it happens?
