I’d love feedback on this unintentional model. My goal is to work 8 am – 4 pm and am struggling with overwhelm and anxiety and procrastination.

T: I might not do it right

F: anxious

A: don’t start. sit and stare at the computer. get up and lay on the couch for 10 minutes which turns into an hour. I waste 1 hour and 20 minutes. I create a situation where now I have to work past 4 pm. I steal my bike ride from myself later in the afternoon because I didn’t honor my calendar and have to push everything back.

R: I’m not working the schedule that I want and is “right”
