Hi there –

My biggest concern is that I will write down my 25 actions, schedule them out, and then… I won’t take action. I’ve set tons of goals and smaller goals in the past related to this same topic, and when the time comes to work on them, I don’t. Whether I make plans with my friends, buffer with TV, or justify that I don’t have to work on my goal because “I deserve to relax after a long day,” … I procrastinate on what I know I should (WANT) to be doing, and then I feel guilty that I didn’t do it! This is my main obstacle on the way to my goal, and while I realize it might come from a subconscious thought I have yet to discover, I really want to overcome it. Any advice? Thanks!
