Procrastination problem

I am having a very hard time following my calendar. I will plan rest time and work time and I just do not show up for myself. The hardest part is following the time I set to wake up and also my set time to go to bed. I have so much anxiety surrounding planned events I think it stems from never being able to follow a calendar before. How can I start to improve this relationship with my future self to care enough about my schedule?
