Productivity and weight loss


Hi Brooke,
I am so excited to be starting SCS this month. My goal for the month is weight loss/freedom around food (eating on protocol and documenting it in my food journal every single day). I’m having trouble putting this into more concrete tasks on my calendar, and fitting it into the framework of productivity as you discussed in the podcast. I have wrote in food journal, do SCS homework/thought download in my calendar but I’m not sure what else to put in there. I don’t have a clearly defined idea of how to be productive with weight loss on a daily basis since it’s not immediately tangible in the way that “write one chapter of my book in two hours,” etc are.
Also, what goal weight would you suggest for me. I’m 35 and 5’5″, currently 150 lbs. Thanks!
