Hi. I just started the program and had my first 20 minute coaching sessions today. My question relates to weight loss. Should I be doing an overeating concentration? I heard through today’s coach that there is a weight loss goal program for the month of August. I’m a little overwhelmed with what I should be doing (i.e., should I wake up and write down my model, then follow my protocol?). Also, what if I’m struggling really bad with my urge to eat. Do you have any go to suggestions? I think I need a little extra help getting started.
