I am an Application Support Manager. One of my goals this year is to be promoted to Senior Manager. I can come up with some actions I may need to take but could use some help on creation more action items. So far I have
– Modify to and Promote Senior Analyst to a Lead or Supervisor
– Start networking more? would this help?
– Hire New Analyst

How can I come up with other action items? I don’t get much insight when I ask my boss.
