Protocol🙃


So, I want to do the protocol no flour and sugar.
Brooke says this will balance hormones and I will be able to lose weight.
But, I don’t think this is a protocol I can follow for life. Like, I would really like a sandwich for lunch instead of the same ole meat and veggies for lunch and dinner for the rest of my life.
So, I guess my question is:
Should I not even start no flour no sugar protocol?
It’s hard for me to even imagine that people don’t eat flour and sugar most days.
Any thoughts to help me get excited and know I can do this for life… thanks!
