My mind is telling me that I need a set protocol for each session I do. I am not sure if it’s just my lack of confidence or if it’s true! I struggle with making offers because I feel unready deep down inside to coach my clients effectively without a set coaching agenda. Wondering if it’s my mind just tricking me into being inactive and staying stuck! Thanks in advance!

Whenever we aren’t taking the massive action that we want to, we can assume that we are indulging in emotions that aren’t useful.

When we are feeling uncomfortable, our brains are pretty good at putting on the brakes. This can look like procrastination, not making decisions, buffering, not being all in and committing, and a whole host of other things.
