Hey Brooks,

I’m 44 years old,   and 149cm tall! Firstly what do you recommend I weigh?? Secondly your thoughts on the following protocol …

Morning black coffee

Lunch (1-2pm)
Lettuce tomato cucumber carrots salad with 4oz tinned tuna in olive oil with dash of lemon juice
1 piece of fruit at 6 oz

Dinner (7-8pm)
Vegetables
2oz meat
2tbs fat
2oz plain yoghurt as dessert??

Drinks: plain water or sparkling water
