I’ve been doing an eating window from 1-9pm. I usually eat at 1-1:30 then 6:30 -7 but when going out socially the window hours have been the same and having two meals but might eat at 1:30 and then second meal like 8:00pm
Also my protocol is no sugar , no flour, having protein, veggies, fat, and a piece of fruit I will also say I am on OD protocol within that window. I have been doing this for a little more than 2 weeks and have been losing weight. Am I okay with this?
