Protocol


I started my weight loss protocol 45 days ago.
My food protocol:

Breakfast: 2 Decaf Coffee with 2 tsp. of half & half, water.

Lunch at 12pm: 10 oz. Romaine Lettuce, 1 Can of Sardines, 14 Macadamia Nuts, Sugar-Free Dressing, Parmesan Cheese.

Dinner at 4pm: 10 oz. Romaine Lettuce, 1 Can of Anchovies, 14 Macadamia Nuts, Sugar-Free Dressing, Parmesan Cheese.

So far I lost 13 pounds but the past 2 weeks I haven’t lost any and even have gained 1 pound.

If the goal is to eat a certain way for the rest of my life, the above protocol serves me well and I cannot see myself removing more food than I already have.
I have removed completely: Flour, sugar, alcohol, grains, potatoes.
What do you suggest I do?
