Protocol after I reached my goal weight

Hi — I’m at my goal weight (128lbs, 5”8′) and have been using intermittent fasting (fasting window 5:30pm to 11:30am).

I eat two meals a day — meal one 11:30am/12pm (4oz protein and 10oz veg + oil/some avocado) and meal two 4:30/5pm (4oz protein and 14oz veg + oil/some avocado) with one planned exception eat a week.

Question – how do I adjust my protocol to maintain this weight instead of continuing to lose? I feel full after the meals (about +2 on the hunger scale). Should I add a meal midday around 1:30pm?
