I have created a food protocol and started to follow it. I noticed I am so sad and want to cry many times throughout the day, however I am with my children all day and don’t want them to see me so sad so I try not to cry and end up eating and snacking on food off of my protocol to buffer those feelings. Should I let the tears flow or is this the time I should sit down and do a thought download and see what the thoughts are creating the sadness?
