Protocol and sleep

Hi Brooke,
Thank you so much for all your answers – they’re always a treat to me to ponder on!
I’ve noticed that I tend not to sleep as long as I used to. I now sleep about 6 hours instead of 8. Beforehand, when I slept 6 hours I would feel low in energy, grumpy, really tired… But now, I’m full of energy the whole day long after only 6 hours.
Do you think it could be linked to my protocol (no sugar, no fat, no alcohol, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 to 1 cups of nuts a day – and, as always, lots of vegetables)?
