Tomorrow I have a work happy hour. I’m not sure if we will mostly be ordering appetizers or if people will get a full-on meal.
For my protocol, that makes it a little hard.
What I have so far is:
If appetizers are ordered, have whatever I like except no sugar no flour, and no alcohol. If dinner is being ordered, I have my meal picked out.
If dinner is NOT ordered, I planned a more substantial snack to eat when I get home because I know I will be hungry.
There’s some variability in there but I don’t see how to avoid it.
