Protocol clarity


My protocol is basically all the foods listed in the stop over eating workbook. I chose to not add or delete anything from the list. It works for me. I also keep things pretty bland and simple. Every now and then i feel like using the allowed foods and making something not so bland. Like loaded potato skins with a salad or a sushi california roll. Wait, is a california roll ok if they use real crab? Not sure about the nori seawood sheets to roll the sushi, is that ok? Im staying within serving size and i dont feel any emotional triggers eating this but i also dont want to be missing the point regarding over desire. Would love some input.
