I have been super successful at following my protocol for 3 weeks. I was able to gain momentum and lose several pounds.
However, as soon as I saw the results I started to slack at my journal and started having binges here and there. I keep rationalizing my failures. I keep telling myself that I have “room” for little slip-ups, and it is ok. I do not want to destroy my progress all together. What do you recommend for reaffirming my commitment and finally get to my ideal weight? How can I strengthen my thoughts to honor my commitment?
