This might be a premature question because I haven’t had the opporunity to watch the video on what to include in our protocol, but I wanted to ask anyways. I decided to try intermittent fasting where I’m eating for only 8 hrs of the day. My question is, should we plan to eat right when we wake up or is it okay to delay for a couple hours? Right now, I’m up at 5am and not eating until 10:30am. But I’m STARVING! I know I’m supposed to stick to my protocol, but is it too much of a stretch of time for my protocol?
