Does the Life Coach School recommend a similar food protocol with the intermittent fasting and no flour and no sugar ? I am not looking to lose a lot of weight during pregnancy. However, I started this pregnancy about 10lbs heavier than I would have liked, so Iām looking to not gain too much. And maybe maintain my weight for the first part of my pregnancy.
