Protocol for vegan


I am currently following the program to lose Weight. I have difficulty establishing and following a vegan protocol (especially with the proteins and not always eating tofu + the portions of grains / beans). I’m also OPCS and it seems that’s important to have a lot of protein…

I don’t do much sport at the moment (I am waiting to lose weight) and I do intermittent fasting from 8pm until noon, with 2 meals.

Could you help me establish a protocol that can help me lose weight?
