Protocol for weight loss


I am not sure if I’m understanding the protocol correctly. This is my proposed protocol. My eating window is between noon and 5pm. I eat two meals. Each meal will be 1 large plate of veggies and 4oz protein. -at around 4pm I have tea with milk and sugars. Out side my meal eating window I have coffee + heavy cream in Morning. Once a week I have three meals + 2 cocktails due to date night. Once a week I have 2 cocktails + a “joy food”- ice cream, chips, flour. Is this what Brooke meant by “protocol”?
