Protocol with goal of maintaining current weight


Hi Brooke! I’ve been following a protocol of no sugar/no flour and eating when I’m hungry (which often results in IF in the mornings). I’m 38 years old, 5’9″ and 133 lbs and athletic. I’d like to maintain my current weight. Do you think I will lose weight following this protocol? Also, given my stats, what do you think is an ideal weight for me?
