Two days of stricter protocol and I gained weight!! Ugh. Trying to stay positive and observational. Was it sweet potato or perhaps green beans? My stomach didn’t feel great? Was it bubbly water or all three. I’m trying not to get discouraged and stay in observation mode. Or impatient. But I was disappointed this Wednesday when I stepped on scale and wanted to see positive progress!
I stuck to protocol until 3pm and then fell down hard. Ate substitute chocolate. Then had a real one – a Lindor chocolate ball. Then had spinach and onion. 4pm. Tummy ache. Stopped eating and just water and lemon. I messed up but stopped and I wouldn’t call it derailment. Skipped dinner to give my stomach time.
Any help on this? Thank you!
