Protocol if I’m not trying to lose weight

I’m thin, but I know I emotionally eat. I’ve got allergies to milk, wheat, dairy, soy, egg, peanuts, and more. I mostly avoid sugar, but find that because I’m so limited by my allergies, I don’t want to worry about maple syrup or honey and I do eat nut flours and coconut flours. Is the no sugar, no flour plan one that I should practice as someone who is 5 ‘8 and 120 pounds? Are there health benefits for doing that even if I’m not trying to lose weight?
