Protocol improving ideas – no weight loss for a week


I have been doing the stop overeating techniques for around 3 months now, and lost almost 20 pounds. Now for the past week the scale hasn’t moved. My protocol is one meal a day at noon, and every week once or twice a second meal. My eating window on these days is between 12 and 8pm. For my meals the only rule about what my meal consists of is that no sugar or flour allowed. After my meal at 12 I usually have a coffee with milk.
Any ideas on tweaking my protocol to get over this plateau or just keep doing what I do now for a while longer to get over it naturally?
Also I have been thinking: are rice cakes allowed or they count as processed food and should be avoided?
