Protocol Intentional Model


I am committing to the protocol and I would like to create an Intentional Model to write write everyday at the top of my protocol. Could you read this and see if I am on the right track?
C-Eating
T- I am in charge of me
F- Empowered
A- Follow protocol, allow urges
R- 139lbs
