Protocol not working


I have been following my protocol for just over 3 months and haven’t lost any weight. I eat on plan and really don’t over indulge on any food, just sometimes on a little alcohol.  The only other thing that I do have which could be considered as ‘naughty’ is some cream in my coffee. I don’t want to go to low fat milk because I genuinely prefer cream.

I’m starting to feel doubt that I’ll ever be able to lose the weight. I workout 5X a week, I do intermittent fasting on most days and really try to eat on plan. The only thing that I think could be setting me back is my alcohol intake. I have a glass of wine every day.  I’m starting to wonder if I will ever be able to lose the weight without being on some crazy restrictive fad diet.
